I had this tested on Brake rollers today , The Disc is less powerful than the Drum, (4.8kN vs 7.10kN ) To be expected with a Master Cylinder designed for Disc / Drum.

Will replace Master cylinder with Disc / Disc type , Possibly from Iveco 2WD will be OK , but I have a Chev Suburbain Master ...

The new model 4x4 Daily there is no fitment of Compensating Valve at all . Iveco finally decided with ABS you dont need load sensing valve.

Yesterday I removed that Load Compensating Valve, carefully re-bend and connect the pipes from the front (ABS modulator) direct to the rear brakes.
I had to cut one pipe and replace M12 pipe union with M10 pipe union because holes in the valve are different sizes.

SCAM have a really bad design with this Transfer Box, Its not suitable for highway conditions, after one hour at 100kmh the oil exceeds 125c and in some cases over 140c, Once the oil foams or gets too hot it lost any ability to lubricate properly. Iveco state running temperature is 120c = maybe ok ...

This is the oil we have used in Defender and Iveco transfer cases , In the LandRover it extends time between overhaul x 3 -> 4 .
The half gears also work much easier on Iveco with this oil.

SCAM and Iveco both recommend 3.0 L Oil, When I drain BT then add 3.0L oil it is above top of sight glass window. That document is wrong.
